When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you give us, along with the service you selected. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and the site does not require an account.
We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote for the work — nothing else. It arrives as an email to info@undergroundgardening.co.nz. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your enquiry goes from this website to our inbox through the company that hosts our website and email, and it is stored with them as part of that service. Beyond that, nobody outside Underground Gardening sees it.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, how they found us, and how many enquiries are sent. It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are, and nothing you type into the enquiry form is sent to Google. Google processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox as a record of the job. If you would like yours deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@undergroundgardening.co.nz or ring 021 227 1610 and we will sort it out.
